Projects are governed by a written contract setting out scope, timeline, fees and responsibilities. Full terms are provided at project commencement.
Scope is confirmed in writing. Changes to scope or timeline incur additional fees. Design iterations are included as agreed; substantial revisions beyond scope are charged at £75/hour.
A deposit of 50% is due on contract signature. Final payment is due on delivery. Late payment is charged at 8% per annum above Bank of England base rate.
Upon full payment, all design work and content become your property. We retain the right to display work in our portfolio and case studies.
Launch support is included. Ongoing maintenance, hosting and support are available as separate services on a retainer basis.
